Terms & Conditions – International Call Bundles (Outbound VoIP) – Managed Service Agreement

  1. Overview
    These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Unlimited International Call Bundle and International Call Bundles Unlimited (the “Bundles”) provided by Crystal Clear Telecom Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”). By purchasing or using these Bundles, you (“the Customer”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including the Fair Usage Policy (FUP).

  1. Service Description
    The Bundles allow Customers to make outbound international calls via VoIP to selected destinations.
    Calls are subject to fair usage limits as set out below.
    The Bundles are intended for standard business and residential calling and not for resale, commercial call centres, or automated calling services.

  1. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
    To ensure fair and reasonable use across all Customers, the following limits apply:
    5000 minutes per month to international landline destinations included in the Bundle.
    1000 minutes per month to international mobile destinations included in the Bundle.
    Minutes are pooled per Bundle, per billing cycle, and unused minutes do not roll over.
    Once the allowance is exceeded, additional calls will be charged at Crystal Clear Telecom Ltd’s standard international rates.

  1. Exclusions
    The Bundles exclude calls to:
    Premium rate numbers
    Non-geographic or special services numbers
    Satellite phones or international roaming numbers
    Calls outside of the included destinations will be charged at standard rates.

  1. Fair Usage Enforcement
    If usage regularly or consistently exceeds the Fair Usage limits, or if calling patterns indicate misuse (e.g., automated dialling, resale, or disproportionate business use), Crystal Clear Telecom Ltd reserves the right to:
    Suspend or terminate the Bundle; or
    Migrate the Customer to a more appropriate tariff plan.

  1. Billing & Charges
    Bundles are charged on a monthly subscription basis and billed in advance.
    Standard call charges apply outside the Fair Usage allowances or to excluded destinations.
    All charges are subject to VAT where applicable.

  1. Service Availability
    Service is provided over VoIP and requires a suitable broadband connection
    Crystal Clear Telecom Ltd cannot guarantee call quality where broadband performance is inadequate.
    Temporary suspensions may occur for maintenance or upgrades.

  1. Customer Responsibilities
    Customers must use the service in accordance with these Terms.
    The service must not be used for:
    Automated dialling or marketing campaigns, Call forwarding to premium or international numbers
    Reselling minutes to third parties Misuse may result in service suspension or termination without refund.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    Crystal Clear Telecom Ltd will not be liable for any loss of profits, business, or goodwill resulting from service outages, suspensions, or enforcement of the Fair Usage Policy.
    Liability for direct damages is limited to the total monthly charges paid for the Bundle in the month of the claim.

  1. Amendments
    Crystal Clear Telecom Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, including destinations, rates, and FUP limits, by providing at least 30 days’ notice.

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England & Wales.
    Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
